The All New ReputationStacker

We're so excited to introduce the new ReputationStacker! We've listened to your feedback and used it to improve system.

It looks better, it's easier to use, and it's got the features you're used to plus some new ones that'll get you even more reviews and better data to help you grow your business.

In this guide you'll find an overview of the main differences between the new system vs. the old one. And if ever you need help as you're using the app, just click the "Need Help?" button:

Now let's take a look at what you'll find in the new ReputationStacker...

1. All new user interface

The new system has a completely new user interface designed to be more intuitive and give you the information you need to get more reviews and manage them in one place.

When you login you'll be taken on a tour to help you set up your account and show you around:

2. No connection to the old system

The new system is built on a brand new infrastructure, so it has no connection to the old system.

So once you have access to the new system:

3. Net Promoter Score is replacing star ratings

Your new survey landing page features the Net Promoter Score (0-10) rating scale, which replaces stars/hearts/etc in the old system:

NPS gives a more nuanced understanding of customer sentiment and in our research it tends to lead to a higher star rating on 3rd-party review sites like Google, Facebook, etc.

4. Way more data you can use to improve your business

The old ReputationStacker was all about getting reviews... and nothing else. The new ReputationStacker is still all about getting reviews, but we're also focused on collecting feedback and review data in a way that helps you actually improve your business.

In practical terms this means that by default the rating and feedback form collects customer feedback that you can use as 1st-party reviews in the Review Feed on your website (in addition to also displaying 3rd-party reviews from sites like Google, Facebook, etc).

It also means that tagging your reviews & contacts just got a lot more powerful. Now you can set the system automatically tag reviews that have certain keywords in them:

This is super helpful when you want to do things like:

  • Filter contacts or reviews to find specific data you can use to improve your business.
  • Easily identify staff or team members that contacts mention by name in their reviews.
  • Compare and contrast groups of contacts or review profiles in a report.
  • Use a specific contact tag in a review campaign template to make the message more personal to each contact.

In the new ReputationStacker we like to say that our users come for the reviews, but they stay for the actionable insights and data. It doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, but it's true!

5. Review reminder messages

In the new system we have standard review request messages just like in the old system, but we've added review reminder messages:

These messages are sent to customers who submitted a rating at or above the "Rating Threshold" on the survey landing page, but who didn't click a review site link to post a review on a 3rd-party site (like Google, Facebook, etc).

Review reminder messages maximize your potential to get every review possible

6. Multiple review profiles in a single dashboard

If you have multiple review profiles (locations of your business), you can now view them all in a single dashboard:

No need to switch back and forth between profiles to compare them or see the data that matters the most to you.

7. Respond to Google & Facebook reviews from the dashboard

You can connect your Google & Facebook accounts to the new system so you can respond to reviews directly from the dashboard (without needing to leave the app):

8. Way better reporting

The new reports allow you to:

  • See trends over time
  • Compare review profiles to each other
  • Compare review attributes using review tags

And we've got more reports coming soon!

9. No limit on text message usage

In the old system, when your text message credits ran out then the system would stop sending messages to your contacts until the credits renewed the next month (argh - so frustrating!).

In the new system there's no limit on text message credit usage: If you need more credits then the system automatically adds them for you. This ensures that your campaigns are never frozen and you never miss a review.

IMPORTANT: Please be mindful of usage as your account is automatically charged for text message credit top-offs ($10/100 text message credits). Any additional text message credits that aren't used will rollover to the next month so you never pay for more than you need.

10. Coming (very) soon: Automate adding contacts via Zapier/API

It's easy to add contacts into ReputationStacker, but soon you'll be able to do it automatically via Zapier or our API.

11. And so much more!

There will inevitably be some questions that come up here and there as you adjust to the new system, but we think you'll be just as excited as we are for you to check it out.
