Can I cancel any time?
Yep, you're entirely in charge of your subscription. You can cancel at any time from within your account.
Will I lose my reviews if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, you won't lose any reviews that are posted on public review sites like Google, Facebook, etc. Once posted, those reviews remain there regardless of if you continue to use ReputationStacker or not.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You have a full 14-days to try ReputationStacker completely free. If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 14 days, simply cancel your account and you will not be charged. Otherwise, you can continue using ReputationStacker and you'll be automatically charged at the end of the 14-day trial.
What's a "location" in regards to pricing?
A "location" is typically a physical location of your business.
So for example if you have a location at 535 Main Street, and another location at 2254 Ocean Avenue, then you'd have 2 locations.
If you have multiple professionals at 1 location (for example a doctor's or attorney's office) and you want to get reviews for each professional, then each will be considered an individual location due to the way that review sites structure their review pages. But if you want to get reviews for the entire business (not reviews for each individual professional), then you can just have 1 location in your account.
I want to sign up more than 1 location, what do I do?
Just choose a plan above to get started. Once you've signed up you can easily add more locations from within your account settings.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
Don't worry - we're here to help! You also have complete control of your account and may make modifications or cancel any time.
